Fixed results view refresh between databases

Fixed
  • We fixed a bug that prevented occasional refresh of certain sections of a sample's results view page when switching between different versions of databases that had been run on some samples.
Improved
  • The onecodex client library has been updated to Python 3.13, including SciKit-Bio upgrade to version 0.6.3. Note that this change includes an update to how Shannon index (an alpha diversity metric) is calculated, to be more inline with other tools which calculate Shannon Index.
